Chantal Sibué - De Caigny
Chantal Sibué - De Caigny was born in the Flemish part of Belgium where she attented primary school, high school, and university, in Dutch, her mother tongue.
After she was awarded a scholarship by the Canadian Council of Arts, she joined the University of Toronto for her post graduate studies. Married to a Frenchman, she lives in France since 1976, where she graduated with a DESS (Master of Science).

In 1991, she created an office of applied sociological studies, Etudes et Développement.
She has worked for more than 20 years in Lorraine for different companies in the fields of adult education and sociological studies in relation to employment, training, housing, regional and local development, socioeconomic and cultural organisations.
She is fascinated by meeting people and by cultural exchanges. She continues to take advantage of her holidays to travel around the world. She has accumulated a vast knowledge of foreign languages which she can apply in her translation work.
Since 1993, she is an interpretor and a translator on oath to the Appeal Court of Nancy for the Dutch language. She has therefore translated many official, personal and professional documents mainly in Dutch and French but also in English.
The Agence Agréée Néerlandais which she created in 1998 benefits from her linguistic assets and her relationships with a network of translators competent in European languages.
